Using Applied Wizardry
These terms cover the Applied Wizardry website and the private publishing tool operated for the podcast hosted by Yaniv Bernstein. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. The publishing tool is for the show's authorised team; it is not a public upload or account-management service.
Podcast and website content
Our episodes and articles share information, experiences and opinions for general educational and entertainment purposes. They are not individual professional advice. Guests speak for themselves, and discussing a product does not guarantee its suitability, safety or results. Evaluate tools and advice for your own circumstances.
We or the relevant rights holders own the recordings, artwork, text and other materials. You are welcome to link to our pages and share episodes using the distribution platforms' sharing features. Other copying, adaptation or redistribution requires permission unless permitted by law. These terms do not limit lawful quotation or other statutory exceptions.
Responsible use and contributions
Do not misuse the services, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with their operation, or use them unlawfully. If you provide recordings, images or other material for publication, you must have the necessary rights and permissions. Guest appearances and sponsorship arrangements may be governed by separate agreements; these terms do not replace them.
Publishing and YouTube
Authorised operators are responsible for the material they submit and for reviewing titles, descriptions, artwork, publication timing and destination accounts before approval. Automated transcripts and drafts can contain errors. Platform availability, processing delays and account restrictions can affect publication.
The publisher uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Other connected platforms have their own applicable terms. You can disconnect Google access through Google account permissions; disconnecting does not remove content already published.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle information, including Google data and website analytics. Please read it before using the publishing tool. External websites, podcast platforms and service providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the services useful and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free content. We may update, suspend or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided as available and we exclude warranties and liability that may lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
